Fancy Down South

Mike, Vivian, and I took a trip down south to Apex, NC in late May for Brittney and Nick's wedding.. and to spend a little time with Grandma K, Pappy, and auntie and uncle. Vivian got to meet Uncle Reid and Aunt Jessie for the 1st time, she seemed to like them overall. Uncle Reid did a good job entertaining her considering it was his first time around a baby.

However, Vivian wasn't so excited about being at the wedding. It seemed a little loud and overwhelming for her so we spent a lot of time on a bench trying to keep her quiet, which wasnt so bad given the nice, lush victoria house setting. 

Vivi is still going thru the random "stranger danger" thing.  Although she is usually smiling and laughing you just never know when you might scare her these days. Even Grandma K scared her with her glasses a couple of times.. Most people she meets just comment on what a happy baby she is. I'm still keep asking myself how I got a such a blond, blue-eyed, happy baby?

So we decided to have our own photo shoot at the wedding, here are a few pics of us attempting to look fancy. You can just see and feel the humidity in the pics...I turned into a chia pet!
