Catching Up & New Outfits

Well, with all the visitors and play time, I've gotten a little behind on the blog over the past few weeks.
So, a quick summary of the past weeks events...

Vivian is getting so big and so alert! She loves to stare at my crazy, dark hair on her changing table. Maybe because she doesnt have a lot of hair herself, and I am kinda funny lookin I suppose. She just began smiling a lot, usually in the am. It's very sweet to see her wide smile with all gums greeting me during my sleep deprived days and nights. It gives me something to look forward to, as she gets bigger and keeps me hanging on for more. It looks like she will have dark blue eyes like her daddy, and she is still mainaining her red-head irish image these days. She is just a few days over 1 month old, but she seems so smart and alert for her age..and her legs just keep growing and growing (92% height catagory!). Proud mommy, what can I say?

So we had many visitors over the past couple of weeks-

Grandma & Grandpa Crow came to visit and play for a few days, they taught us some new games to do during playtime and brought some lovely outfits from friends. Next up was Auntie Shauna & Stephanie for a quick evening and nice dinner. Shauna provided some excellent parenting tips, while Stephanie took some fantastic pics of Vivian with her new camera.

Friend/Auntie Madison stopped by for a day visit and brought some adorable outfits.  She knows Vivian will be a fashionesta..It was also nice to catch up on old times with an nyc friend.

Grandma Kohls spent 5 days with us and just loved talking gooey,  sticky- sweet baby talk to Vivian..Vivi loved the compliments and smiled constantly at silly Grandma. Gma Kohls also did some part-time baby night shifts for us and even pulled an all nighter one night, which would mark our first full night of sleep in a month..Big treat!  We also took our first stoller ride to The Grove and Vivian really seemed to like it (when she wasnt sleeping of course).

ps: And it also looks like we will soon own a HOUSE (no more crappy apt!) in Denver as of the close date on March 4th!! Viv will finally have a room of her own...it's about time! Yeah!
